Waterfront Cottage with a fine wood exterior, a four season property featuring a double attached garage for overnight storage of snowmobiles or ATV's. You can canoe or kayak right from the front yard into the bay which connects to the Northumberland Straight and the Dunes of Cap Lumiere. Snowmobile access to main trail right from property, no need for trailering. The cottage itself features a washer and dryer for extended stays, a fully equipped oak kitchen, a dining area, a large living room with satellite television including the movie channels for movie buffs. In the upstairs loft area there is a pool table and a dart board as well as a games table and some board games for those rainy days when the kids just want something to do. There are 2 very large bedrooms, a bathroom on the main floor and a half bath on the upper floor, a family room loft with patio doors to an upper deck on the second floor with satellite television and a dvd player. The front deck is covered with a roof and features adirondack chairs for your relaxing enjoyment. There is a screened in section of the front deck with more adirondack chairs.
